Transport from Shantou/Xiamen to Zhuhai/Macau

I plan to go to Macau from Shantou or Xiamen. Bus or train is more convenient? Please check and give me the details.

One high speed train runs between Chaoshan Station, which is connected with Shatou by shuttle bus, and Zhuhai. It takes 4h and 20min, and this is the best way to go. To go from Xiamen, I suggest you fly to Zhuhai, then take airport shuttle bus to Macau.
