Hello I'm 51 woman born 11-13-66 and he 43 born 10-08-74

We met 7mos ago he broke up his engagement last year and I lost my husband in March from cancer. We started off great now couple of months he wants more time to himself. We see each other once a week. Text msg all thru out the day. We both live in same city work same company. He says he cares for me and loved hanging out with me but always so tired after his job and needs rest after a major sickness last year. Would things get better and last?
