Online application on China visa

Thanks for your prompt reply, if I lodged my application form on the the 7/12/2017 and do I have to pick up on particular day, I’m working as a flight crew and not easy to have dayoff under my request. Therefore I plan to lodge on the 7/12/2017 and can I pick up the visa between 18-19dec2017? Any document require except passport?
