Taxi fare from Datong to Hanging Monastery

Going to Hanging Monastery from Datong. May I know if I can flag a taxi from the street to bring me there, wait and bring me back to Datong? How much will the round trip taxi fare plus 2 hours waiting time?

As I know, it costs around CNY250-300.
