About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Air to Beijing 2hr. layover fly to Shanghai get on cruise ship in 3 hr. What kind of Visa do I need?

Hi, if you are traveling Country A - Beijing and Shanghai (within 24 hours) - Country B then you don't need to apply for a visa for you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit.
