beijing airport for 7 hours

I have seven hours at Beijing airport, is there enough time for me to visit a tourist destination and how can this be arranged?

Tiananmen Square is recommended. Take Airport Express and transfer to metro line 2 at Dongzhimen, after that, transfer to line 1 at Jianguomen. It takes about 70 minutes and CNY31 for a single trip! Besides, you can also enjoy the outside of Forbidden City, which is in the north of the square.After that, take a taxi to Qianmen street and taste some local foods. Then you'd better back to the square and take the returning metro.have a nice trip!
