About:China Transit Visa

China transit visa for Beijing then to Shanghai

Hello

I will be traveling from the Netherlands to Australia on a New Zealand passport, but i will be flying into Beijing then to Shanghai then to Australia. Will i be able to get a transit visa? I wont be leaving the airports but will need to re check my luggage. Thanks

Hi, if your total maximum transit time in Beijing and Shanghai is within 24 hours, your route is acceptable for 24 hours direct transit. No need to apply for a transit visa for that.
