Hi. What will be the best and fastest route? Note: according to apple maps, the bus 877 takes about 2 hours from deshengmen. Is that true?

First of all, you are suggested to take a taxi from your hotel to Deshengmen first. It costs around CNY 25. Then take bus no.877 to the drop-off site which is near to the pulley car lower station and about 10 minutes' walk to the entrance. Generally speaking, the bus no.877 takes around an hour on the way. I went Badaling Great Wall via this mentioned transport. And this is the fastest and the most convenient way by using public transportation. Hope helpful!
