About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Montreal -> Beijing -> Hong Kong

I am planning the trip in March or April 2018. Has there been any word on whether the 144 hour Visa-Free Transit will be in effect? Obviously, it would be nice to know before I book my flights.

It’s hard to say. Although there was news the policy would work in the end of 2017, the exact time has not been decided.
