free wifi and chengdu airport hotel

hi. do u need to register your number to get the free wifi in CTU? and how far is the airport hotel from the airport? without using any map, can i reach the hotel easily?? I've booked the airport hotel and asked for free shuttle service to the hotel... do u need to call the hotel again when u reach CTU to get the free airport shuttle? or is the free airport shuttle between CTU and the hotel is always available at CTU every 30 minutes? where is the picking up location in CTU by the hotel?
