As I know, it costs around CNY1,000 by hiring a local car.
Or you can stay in the city for a night, and take the earliest bus to the resort next morning. The first bus from long-distance bus station (near train station) departs at 7:20 and takes about 3h, CNY45. Oh, shuttle bus line 1 can take you to the train station, and you need to walk northeast for 5 minutes to the bus station.1
