About:China Visa

Foreign spouse to a HK Chinese be eligible for a Q1 or Q2 visa?

Can a foreign spouse of a HK Chinese living in China (born and bred in HK with Chinese descent) be eligible for a Q1 or Q2 type? The question is if the HK Chinese with HKID and HK Re-entry Permit, but not a China ID.

No. The foreign spouse of a HK citizen living in China cannot apply for a Q1 or Q2 type.
