Residence permit for a Tajik

Hello My name is Dostonjon. I am from Tajikistan. I applied job position at China, Guangdong province. They send me invitation letter for working Z . I got working Z from embassy of China at Dushanbe, Tajikistan . I went to China on 28 August. When i enter to China. I register local police station. I got my working card after one week from human resourse office. My applied for resident permit for one year but immigration office of Dongguan city refused to give me residence permit. They cancel my working Z and give me humanitarian visa for 30 days. I asked them reason but immigration office did not say anything. I back to Tajikistan before expire of my visa. Do i have a chance to go to China again ? I worked legally. It was my first visit to China.
