What are the best months to visit Fujian?

I'm told that august might be too hot? We can change our trip to start from 5/3/18 if you think weather is better?

Fujian is on China's southeastern coast. The weather is mild and pleasant most of the year, except that typhoons occur during summer time (from July to September). You may change your visit time to May.
