hello, I have a trip to Shenzhen from Guangzhou East railway station , I use the metro line1 GZ, which one the exit of metro is nearest to go to ticket office guangzhou-shenzhen and how to find the counter ticket GZ-SZ acccepted cash money please help and explain the details to me thank you...

Maybe E exit, other exit is also close in distance. The ticket office is set up on 1F directly. You need to get to the office and line up at one of the window (usually most window can be used for ticket purchase).

And exit E is nearest to which one gate entrance 1,2 or 7? I read at wikipedia that the E exit metro Guangzhou east railway station has been closed is that true...?

Not sure about the exit, but they are also neaby, just a few walks. There is also simple English note like ticket office, bus etc shows on the destination board
