nepalese national with nepali passport. have 11 hrs layover. am i eligible for the 24 hr free permit

hi there i am a Nepalese national with Nepali passport. i am travelling to new zealand as i am a permanent resident there. do Nepalese citizen qualify for the 24 hr free transit permit to go and explore guangzhou city

Hi, you are eligible for the 24 hr direct transit only if you will remain in the sterile transit area. You should apply for a visa if you want to go and explore Guangzhou city.
