About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hong Kong - Hangzhou - Hong Kong

Hello, I am flying from Hong Kong to Hangzhou and back to Hong Kong on the same day. I am a German citizen, will I be allowed to leave the airport in Hangzhou for some hours without a visa?

That's not a transit, so obviously you need a visa.
