You can take the shuttle bus straight to Puning, and the buses to Puning Bus Station depart at 5:20, 8:00, 11:20, 14:30 and 16:00. It takes about 1h 40 minutes and CNY39.0

Yes, they are available and will arrive at Puning International Clothing Passenger Transport Center. The schedules are 05:20, 08:00, 11:20, 14:30 and 16:00.1
