Well, I happen to know a Columbia English Kindergarten in 413 South Donglai Street. But to be honest, schools of this kind really cost much.

I know an Aomei International Kindergarten which is located at Chuhuang Huayuan, No. 3, Qianjin Street. You may go and have a look.
