About:Chinese Embassy in Zimbabwe

Is this service still available? And what is deemed as an emergency situation because bearing in mind what’s going on in Zim at the moment would it be acceptable for one to submit an application and pay $30 for a one day visa seeing as we don’t know how long the embassy will remain open
