residence permit for holder of z

My daughter, holder of z type submitted application for residence permit at tianjin, but not yet got it.
The period of z type already expired. What to do now.

Hi, after she submit the application for the residence permit, she will be given a pick-up slip. She can stay in mainland legally with this slip until she get the residence permit. Don't worry!

As my daughter has to visit india shortly, how she will go if she do not get the residence permit meanwhile.

She is advised to go to India after she get the Chinese residence permit. Otherwise, she could be be denied reentry to China.

Can u tell now approximate how many days required for getting residence permit. Already more than 30 days over after submission of her application.

Hi, it may not more than 30 days. You can try to contact the local PSB to inquire this. Good luck.
