Glass Bridge booking

I have tried to book tickets for the glass bridge for me and 2 friends this is proving very difficult as we do not know a lot of Chinese. I have got through the website and found that we wanted C tickets and put all details in but it says the names have to be in Chinese characters since we are not Chinese this will not match our id.
Is there a way for foreigners to book tickets we are planning a visit on the 9th December and want to sort this out or is there another way to book the tickets. Thank you for your help

Hello, you are advised to turn to a travel agency for help. Contact the local travel agency and they can prebook the tickets for you. :) Or if you have booked a local hotel, they may also help you with this.
