New opportunity: I am a female horse, was born in Sept 13,1966

Hello. I have been working in this Co for 8 years (just convenient to work place ) and like what I'm doing right now in this Co. but not happy with the staff there. I see no support or trust, just no communication or any opportunity. I am asking you to see if there any new opportunity coming for me soon in the same co. or somewhere/something else. What can u see in my future? Should I stay where I am right now in this dept or should I hope for new management aboard?
