Rosedale hotel to different hongkong landmarks

We will be there on Nov. 29, 2017. Could you please help us the directions, what to ride going to the following famous places in HK:
1. The Peak
2. Tian Tan Buddha & Ngong Ping Village
3. hk Disneyland
4. Tsim Sha Tsui Waterfront & Symphony of Lights
5. Star Ferry Ride
6. Ocean Park
7. Sky100 Hk Observation dEck
8. Zoo

Hey, glad to do a help!
To the peak: take Tung Chung Line to HK Station and then walk to Central, then take the cable car to the peak.
To Tian Tan Buddha & Ngong Ping Village: take Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung, and then transfer to Bus 23 to Ngong Ping. After that, walk east for 10 minutes there.
To Disneyland: take Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay and change to Disneyland Line. Get off at Disneyland.
To TST Waterfront: take bus 12 to Silver Cord.
To Star Ferry Ride: take Tung Chung Line to HK, and then walk northeast for 10 minutes.
To Ocean park: take Tung Chung Line to HK and change to Island Line, and then another transfer to South Island Line at Admiralty. Get off at Ocean Park.
To Sky100: take Tung Chung Line to Kowloon.
To Zoo: take Tung Chung Line to HK, and then take bus 40M to Central Plaza, Arbuthnot Rd. Then walk southeast for 5 minutes there.
