About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi I am traveling from the US to beijing and staying at a hotel 1.5 miles from the Great Wall,

Is this still considered Beijing? Would I qualify for a 72 hour visa if my next flight is out of Beijing is 60 hours and heading to Siem Reap Cambodia.
