About:China Work Visa

L Visa to Work Permit step by step processing

I want to know if i came to china with L is it possible to convert to work Z? What are the process and how many days does it take for the approval of visa ?Cause I have a employer already and my documents are ready diploma and no criminal records with chinese embassy apostle in my country and 2 year work experience. Hi, it's possible to convert the tourist L type to work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. But I cannot guarantee that, and you can have a try!
You should prepare your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, work permit as well as other requirements. Then, submit the application to the local PSB. It may take 15 working days for this process.

Hi thank you for your reply. Do you mean that even though I have complete document there is possibility of rejection to the govt? Thanks I appreciate your answer..
