hi, employee has only 5 years experience from uae

Question

If employee could be find employer and want to hire in China but for work permit need to have bacholer degree  and employ has only 5 years experince of fast food worker from UAE ( asst. Manager in McDonalds ) , he don't have degree so he is able to get it or not ? He has +2 pass only ( proficency certificate level only ).Thank you .

Hi, based on what I know, work experience and bachelor degree are needed when you apply for the work Z type. Thus, I cannot give you a definite answer. Just give it a try. Good luck.
