query about passport submission

Question

This is Ferdous Mashiat Sharif. I am planning a short visit to Hong Kong from 10 March 2018 to 15 March 2018 on a tourist entry permit. I had a query about my application submission. I am an International Student at Saint Mary's University living in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Should I personally come to the consulate office in Montreal or Can I send my visa papers along with passport in Montreal?

You cannot post the application to the consulate office in Montreal. You should go there in person to submit the application or ask someone else to do that for you.
