Good afternoon, I have a Work Z type and Residence permit, I will change company, before the end date of the respective visas, what consequences can this have or what do I have to do? thank you

John, in order to get a new work permit for the new job, you need to cancel your current work permit. Afterwards, you can apply for a new work Z type for the new company. You may need to change the current Z type to a tourist L type or humanitarian visa to earn enough time to complete the whole process within China instead of going back to your home country.
