Dear Staff, I have permanent residence in Japan and visit two cities in China (Dalian in Liaoning & Yantai in Shandong). I arrive Dec 8 at 10:00 morning and leave Dec 11 at 17:00. I fly from Haneda Tokyo and return to the same airport.Please let me know if this counts as transit or if a visa is required.Thank you!Michel
