You may need to transfer to Guiyang first, from Guiyang (seems Guiyang Jinyang Long Distance Bus Station) there is bus to Huangguoshu Fall. Or you can continue to go to Anshun from Guiyang by rail. Then take a bus or taxi to Anshun East Bus Station and then to go the Faill by bus0
