Where is the closest place we can go buy the City Sightseeing Bus tickets?

Sorry to tell you no Sightseeing Bus runs in this area. You are suggested to take metro line 2 to Lujiazui and leave from Exit 1. Then walk to the Pearl Tower to take the bus.
