About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Beijing 72 hour

Hello. Traveling from Tokyo to Beijing and then from Beijing (same airport) to USA. Valid USA passport holder. My flight arrives at 5:30 on Tuesday evening and leaves at 8:30 Friday evening, total ~69 hours. This falls within the 72 hour visa, correct? Thanks, Brent
