Current employment: should I stay or should I go?

Im a 24 year old water Monkey. Born on dec 21, 1992 at 8:15 am at Quezon City, Philippines.

I like the company Im working for right now. I like the brand. But Im overworked. Ive had so many sleepless nights that makes money for the company Im working for. But I dont get any extra pay for that. Salary doesnt feel competitive enough to make me want to stay.

The gist is I feel that all my hard work is good training for me but I worry about my health and sanity if I stay. What do you think should I do? Should I stay and just do it? Or do I leave?
