About:China Transit Visa

Sweety from India, What sort of visa needed??

Hi ,I am indian citizen ,travelling from canada to india along with my family via shanghai. There is 19 hrs stay in shanghai. I want to visit Shanghai, what sort of entry permit am I needed? And how much Ive to pay??

Hi, you don’t need a visa for that because you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai. You need to apply for a temporary stay permit which is free of charge at the immigration office when you arrive at the airport, then you can leave there to explore the city. Nice trip!
