144 hour transit Visa, OSLO-Shanghai 120 hour stay in Shanghai and onward ticket to phuket.

I have read a lot of rules regarding 144 hour free visa transit in Shanghai. Very clear, but the problem is to convince airline during check in. My Itenrary Is 15 December : Oslo-Moscow-Shanghai with Aeroflot. The transfer in moscow i shourt 2,2 hour. Onward ticket with China eastern airline is confirmed 20 December. approx.120 hour in shanghai. Aeroflot claim that I need to have Visa.
