About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Can I pick up bullet train tickets in advance in Beijing using scanned copy of husband's passport?

I bought a ticket from Beijing to Xian for me and my husband who is still in the USA, but I'm in Beijing now. Can I pick up the tickets days in advance using a scanned copy of my husband's passport? Or do both travelers and both official passports need to be present?

To collect them at the station counter, both official passports are needed, but not both travelers. As long as you have official passports in hands, it is OK.
