About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Going back to the USA on December 8,2017 from the Philippines with a one way flight ticket

Would it be possible for me to go out the Pudong Airport and roam around Shanghai with no problems? I have a 9hr layover that's why. I'm a dual citizen, AMERICAN and FILIPINO CITIZEN. Thanks

Hi, you are able to enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai, and you can apply for a free temporary stay permit at the immigration office at the airport to explore the city. Nice trip!
