About:Chinese Calendar

My birthday is jan. 19, 1959: i change my plan date to relocate my business & home.

would it be better for me on year 2018 , and what month and date should i start the construction of house & business

Yeah, it can be fine to do it in the first half of 2018. Any day within March and May can be ok. It is best to start the construction on sunny days anyway.
