About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit visa free to Shanghai

I will fly direct from Singapore to Shanghai, but return with a different airline with a stopover of 4 hours in Malaysia before taking another flight back to Singapore. Will the first destination in Malaysia consider as Third country to be eligible 144 hours Transit Free?

Xinhan, do you mean you will travel like Singapore-Shanghai-Malaysia-Singapore? If yes, you will be eligible for the 144 hours free transit in there. Nice trip!

Hello, yes, but Malaysia will only be a transit. The airticket will show the connecting flight from Malaysia to Singapore. Will this be an issue ? Thanks

As long as the ticket indicates that you are arriving in Malaysia.
