Best way to disneyland from ngong ping 360?

So me and my mom are planning to go to ngong ping 360 and disneyland in one day. Is it better to take the cable back to tung chung station or the bus? Some friends told me that the line going back usinh the cable car is crazy. Any suggestions? :(
