Work Premit and Residence Permit

Hello, Good morning, I have Work Permit and Residence Permit, my family has Residence Permit, added to mine, however I will leave the company where I work, my question is: - My company can cancel the Work Permit and Residence Permit , without having the original documents? Or do they need them? thank you so much
