How to deliver bird's nest to china officially without being stuck at custom?

Any certificate require and what's the procedure and who the authority should I contact?

Well, you should know that fresh or raw bird's nests are forbidden to be shipped or brought into China. It should be noted that only canned bird nest is allowed in. There's no specific requirements on shipping canned bird's nest into China. Thus you are advised to contact the local custom and consult more details.
