I am coming with my wife for 5 days to the city. We have normal luggage. what is the best and convenient transport from Pudong airport to go to our hotel The Yangtze Boutique.Can I purchase the tickets for both the ways (return as well). Where can I buy the tickets at the airport? What timings are subway and shuttle buses?

Hey, you can take subway line 2 at the airport to People's Square and leave from exit 14. Walk to the hotel in 3-5min. You can buy the ticket for both trips on subway at the Customer Service Center of Pudong Airport subway station, but it is not necessary because it is quite easy to get the ticket on the spot. To go by shuttle bus, take line 5 and get off at East Yanan Road Middle Zhejiang Road. Then walk there within 5min. Subway may take around an hour, and shuttle bus takes almost 70min, or longer during rush hours.
