About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Visa for a French Citizen

Hi ! I am French, I have a Working Holiday entry permit and currently living and working in Melbourne, can I apply for a Chinese entry permit from Melbourne with my French Passport or do I need to be in France to do so ?
