About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Applying for a new vis before my original visa expires

My residence permit expires on the 18th November but I will need to return to China on a tourist L for a month after my visa expires. I will be in bangkok on the 16th of November, can I apply for a tourist L before my 2 days before my residence permit expires?

Tom, you can apply for a tourist L type 2 days before the residence permit expires. No need to worry!
