About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144hr transit visum

for a 144hr transit visum arriving in Hangzhou comingfrom Amsterdam, does a return back tot Belgium qualify ? so not to AMS

If there was a non-stop Hangzhou-Belgium flight, then Amsterdam-Hangzhou-Belgium would qualify for 144hrs visa-free transit. But Amsterdam-Hanghzou-Amsterdam-Belgium does not qualify.
