VOA (3 days) at jiuzhou port, zhuhai for Filipino passport visiting hongkong & zhu hai

my sisters are going for a trip to hongkong and zhuhai. they have their china visa granted. i just decided now that i wish to join them, but my china visa had expire. can i get a VOA (3 DAYS) at jiuzhou port, zhuhai? we plan to ride the ferry from hongkong international airport to zhu hai.
