About:Thousand Islets Lake (Qiandao Lake)

Bus from Hangzhou to Qiandaohu: schedule.

May I know whether the Central bus station is near the Hangzhou Railway station & what's the earliest bus depart from Central bus station to Qiandaohu....

No, the bus station is a little far, and you need to take Subway Line 1 from the Railway Station there.
The buses from Central Station are available from 7:30 to 18:20 with an interval of about 1 h.
