Where does the long distance bus station locate in Shangri-la?

I plan to travel from KMG to S-L on Sunday 12, November by bus, where is the bus station both in KMG and S-L. Does the bus station in Shangri-la far from old town ??

As I know, the bus station is in 18 Yining Rd, Kunming, and you can take Bus 919 Line B1 directly there.
The bus station in S is in Shambhala Avenue.
